Before founding Continuum Global, I served as President and Investment Consultant to a single family office, where I learned firsthand that the industry optimizes for the wrong objectives. I began my career with fifteen years as a Senior Vice President and Family Wealth Advisor at a major Wall Street firm, working directly with families in the $50–500 million range—often across multiple generations. I've sat with matriarchs, coached next-gen heirs, and watched what happens when communication fails. I've also seen it in my own family: generational wealth built, retained, fragmented, and rebuilt. That experience taught me the industry is solving the wrong problem.
